Debra Smalley owned her own company for over 15 years and headed a large commercial real estate group in West Hollywood. She announced her association with Coldwell Banker and Joyce Rey in February 2007.

Debra graduated with a degree in early child development from The Center for Early Education and taught at The Center. After furthering her education at UCLA, she taught children with learning disabilities and behavioral problems in coordination with the Thalians Center, Cedars Sinai Hospital. Debra is well respected by Fortune 500 companies, Apple Inc., Paramount Studios, 20th Century Fox, Dream Works, Dino DeLaurentis, William Morris Agency, New Line Cinema, and also works with managers and artists such as Bob Dylan, Elton John, Tim Allen and Drew Carey, to name a few.

Debra is highly valued member of the Coldwell Banker Beverly Hills South team.
